Zhongshan District, Taipei City｜The Master Spicy Noodle Zhongshan Restaurant

Very delicious. I ordered Spicy Braised Duck Blood + Tofu + Braised Tofu Skin + XiaoHun Noodles. Every ingredients are all perfect. !! I want to be there again and again.

The noodles were spectacular. Chewy and flavourful even without the broth. Regret not buying the packaged noodles to go! Arrived at 7:00pm on a weekday and had to wait 20-30mins. There's a 50min time limit for eating so it's really an in and out restaurant. Would recommend, but come right when they open!

The noodles is very chewy, spicy flavour is very acceptable, but better go early before lunch hour to avoid the long queue.
