Good selection of home cooked like food, lots of vegetable dishes, not too oily. Reasonable price - chicken cutlet and three vegetables sides about 100 ntd. Many people complain about prices but this certainly beats convenience store food. There's price list but cashier just estimates the cost by glancing at what you picked. Portion sizes chosen by aunts behind the counter who serve the food. Lots of spaces upstairs to eat or can take out a bento box. Huge queues at noon.

My favorite restaurant, always visit it when I am in Taipei. The selection is great, price reasonable. I actually like them to control the potion, so I know I will be charge for one unit. Unlike other similar restaurant, you get your own food and they might charge you more than one unit per selection.
