I wanted to have beef noodle soup while in Taipei. Unfortunately the timing of my stay was not great and I was running out of time. Found this place hours before my departure and decided to give it a try. Very good beef noodle soup, which was the only I had. Very friendly service even though I went at a time between lunch and dinner and there was nobody else there. Small shop with only a couple of tables. No AC so be ready to sweat if you go in the summer. But the food was really good and very reasonable priced.

The beef noodles are a classic. The soup is flavorful but not too salty. It tastes so good that I ordered another bowl of soup. The meat is thick and tender. It is a delicacy hidden in the market. The price is also very reasonable, the CP value is very high, and the boss lady is also very enthusiastic in her service! !

The CP value of the nearby convenience stores is very good, and the side dishes are also generous. One bento has three side dishes, and an extra dish costs 10 yuan. I have eaten braised pork, shrimp rolls, fried chicken legs and braised chicken legs. It’s delicious. You can choose three kinds of noodles, wide, medium and thin. It tastes good with the sauerkraut and chili sauce prepared by the proprietress. The braised meat is quite satisfactory. The proprietress is very enthusiastic, but because there are only two people doing it and there is no single word written, if you are too busy, you may have to remind the boss.
