(Thanks to King Sheng, praise King Sheng) The storefront is decorated in a very cultural style, with Hayao Miyazaki's dolls and various Japanese instant noodles inside. When we arrived, there were about 4 groups of customers in front of us. Today, we ordered a tonkotsu soy sauce special to taste. It is equipped with thin straight noodles, shredded green onion, chicken thigh, chicken char siu, pork char siew, and sugar-coated eggs. The presentation is quite exquisite, and the thick small bubbles cover the whole noodle soup. This is the first thin foam ramen in Taiwan! After drinking the first sip of the soup, I didn't expect the word "milk" to appear in my mind, but it is really quite dense with a strong soy sauce aroma. The soupiness of the thin noodles is also better because of the foam. I didn't notice the chicken thigh meat at first, and it feels a bit heroic to have chicken thigh meat when eating ramen. The chicken char siu cooked at low temperature is soft and tender, with a lemony aroma. Needless to say, pork char siew, just look at my photo and you can imagine how delicious it is. After eating. . . I just think the soup is great, but not enough to drink! With this brand new ramen experience, it is not difficult to guess that this store should have to wait in line to eat in the future. Out of 10 points for you!
One of the best ramen options when you are in Taiwan. Their ramen is pretty authentic and tastes amazingly delicious. Unfortunately the place is rather small with some queues outside, so you may need to wait for some time before you can eat. But when you are inside, they serve their ramen quickly with some great staffs. Highly recommended!
The soup is rich and smooth, without any pig taste. The foam on the soup surface has a good thermal insulation effect and adds texture. The thin straight flat noodles are springy and chewy. The pork and chicken barbecued pork are all delicious and moderately seasoned😋. Salty or undercooked, my favorite state is the soft-boiled eggs in a paste form. Sprinkling them with the unique black seven-flavor powder is another feeling. The special ingredients are so rich but less than 300 yuan, which is really a price. The biggest The shortcomings are probably that it takes a long time to queue up because there are few seats, and there is too little soup, which is not enough to drink, boss! XD
