Zhongshan District, Taipei City｜ANiMA

ANiMA is simply fantastic. The texture and flavors are better than my mediocre pics of the chef’s cuisine.

The chef is from Serenissima. The menu is comically understated as it barely describes the courses, let alone how innovatively delicious they are. They also under count the desserts (waiter said 3, but it's actually 5).

Decent and creative dishes! we enjoyed those dessert very much! Not over priced and quite big portion overall. We had processo which also great to pair all dishes. Will come back :)
