We serendipitously found this out-of-the-way, off the beaten path, inexpensive, hidden gem of a little, delicious, vegetarian restaurant, with such a friendly owner, who also speaks English, and is very kind. A lot of people do take away, and often bring their own containers for a little discount, but there’s also a little old world seating area in the back. Great place!

Got the sour spicy kimchi ramen. They serve the kimchi separate and it is everything you’ve ever wanted in a funky fermented cabbage thing. Vegan friendly. Highly recommend

This place was a hidden gem; as I just finished up at the Thai Embassy and really wanted some authentic Taiwanese vegan food. All I can say is, they delivered. Truly, this was my best meal I had in Taiwain. Good to Note: The owners are extremely accommodating and will take good care of you. Small area to sit; so maybe come right before lunch begins; as I did or right after. Although, not sure how that would look... I can say, they will definitely take care of you and make sure you leave with a happy tummy!. One last thing to note, if you are unsure of the food around, you can always say, "Sù shí'" = means vegetarian/vegan food.
