Have been here several times and each time has been delicious. The pork belly is so flavorful and soft, it melts in your mouth. You can choose your own level of spicy, both traditional spicy heat and numbing peppercorns, so you get it just how you like it. There is also the option to add extra meat, cilantro and soft boiled eggs as well. Very nice for a cool winter day.

Good place for those who are spicy-addicted! However, I would suggest not to pick the spiciest one for your first visit as you might not be able to taste the original flavor.

One of the best ramens in Taipei. The chilly taste is memorable. It might be a bit salty if you’re not used to the flavor before.
