Closer to 4.5 stars, not a full 5. I went for lunch but I didn’t order their lunch menu. The ingredients are fresh and good quality. I wasn’t a huge fan of the salmon due to its lean cut but everything else was delicious. The soup base is unique and I enjoyed the Hakka sour mustard. I went all out and got a fish platter and small side of pork. That’s a lot of fish and way too much food. Pork was tender. Veggie plate didn’t have a lot of the processed foods. There is a self serve sauce and drinks area. Dessert is ice cream or tea jello. Service is friendly. Prices might be a bit higher than other places but I don’t have a steel stomach of a local so cleanliness and quality of food is more important to me than a few US dollars.

Good atmosphere, very clean. Friendly staff and the hot pot was delicious. Highly recommended!
