Probably the only place in the world that does authentic Taiwanese Beef Noodle soup with vegan options available. (Even their banner mentions “Vegetarians/Vegans won’t get excluded here”) Staff are very friendly. Broth and meat all very delicious (both vegan and meat options). Decent amount of meat in each bowl, beef pieces are very tender and thick. Vegan broth flavour is very close to the original beef flavour. Highly recommend and I will miss this flavour for sure.

No more arguing with your vegetarian friend on where to eat, this place will satisfy everyone! Tried both the 紅/清 veggie broths and they were both rich and deep in flavour. The regular beef noodles are also great! Love the 紅燒 broth here, it’s not too salty and has a nice balance of flavour that will make you wanna drink it all. Plus they also have really good complimentary plum juice that cuts perfectly through the heaviness of the noodles.
