This is the first time I came here for dinner and take-out. I ordered ice flower pot stickers. The appearance of the pot stickers is not that of chain stores, which are slender and have little filling. The ones here are a little shorter but the fillings are very full. Look at the sign hung by the store to explain the inside of the pot stickers. The stuffing is warm-body pork, which will turn pink when cooked, and the taste and texture of the meat are also different. The bottom of the pot stickers is fried very crispy! The noodle belt on the side is solid and Q-bomb~ I also ordered fresh shrimp chaoshou and hot and sour soup. There are five fresh shrimp chaoshou, each of which is full and super large, with meat and a shrimp inside. Pepper aroma and white sesame paste, but also a little bit of sesame oil and sesame oil. Although the hot and sour soup is not a super bowl, it has a lot of ingredients. When drinking it, it feels thick and there are a lot of tofu in it.
