For Teppanyaki standards, it's pretty good. Only the steak is on the weaker side. Paired with foie gras, it feels high-end but a bit oily. The concept of steamed eggs with onions and seafood is very good. The selection of sea urchins can be better. The alum flavor is obviously enhanced when paired with hot steamed eggs. This is a pity. The seafood dishes are great The way the shark fin is made is particularly different from the usual way. The taste is well-defined, crispy on the outside and light on the inside. Very delicious.
