They weren't busy when I dined there. Relaxing sparse seating. Taiwanese don't eat too spicy. I ordered the highest spicy level and it was still mild to me. They provide unlimited rice refill and self-served drinks. Plus free ice cream! Food was mediocre but the deal was great.
