Da’an District, Taipei City｜Larriere-cour

Though I am not a big fan of whisky, I was invited to this bar where one of my Taiwanese friends works. I tried Taiwanese whisky Omar for the first time. I know that Kavalan is gaining popularity worldwide, but Omar is another Taiwanese brand. The taste was remarkably fruity, reminiscent of orange sweetness. I was surprised by the wide selection of whisky bottles in the bar, ranging from Japan to Scotland. I almost felt tipsy after just one glass!

I haven’t tried any food offering there, but they do have some ‘store specific whisky collection’ this store has friendly staff, nice atmosphere and also wide range of whiskies. If you are whisky lover definitely try out here
