This is an authentic Hong Kong-style old fire porridge, so the rice will be stewed until it looks like rice paste, but it has the aroma of chicken soup, but it is not greasy. The chicken is very large, and the chicken tastes a bit like Huadiao chicken. Eating this porridge is not suitable for eating porridge alone, because the chicken porridge is relatively light, so you must order side dishes to eat with it. I pair it with assorted vegetables, and the side dishes in the store are used with porridge, so the saltiness is as salty as the pickles eaten with white porridge in Taiwan Pairing with porridge is completely right, and it will improve the level of porridge. This porridge cannot be compared with Taiwanese porridge, because it is completely different. People who are used to Taiwanese porridge and Cantonese porridge sold outside may not be used to it, but I really think it is delicious.
