A++ Taiwanese 蛋餅, definitely should be on your list if you're visiting linjian market! mind the open hours, if you visit too early, you're going to miss it. Also probably have to wait in line within 20mins, depends on the crowds. Comes in four different veggies as based: scallion/cabbage/leek/trumpt mushrooms I always go with scallion+cheese+ham. Sometimes mushroom. I'm eating one now it's delicious 🤤 (They also offer hot sauce, tho I've never tried it.)

This vegetable pancake comes with a HUGE amount of veggies, and tastes great too! The pancake itself is crispy, and the combination of sauces works really well 👍🏻 I felt like I was lacking fiber in my diet after a few consecutive nights of eating at night markets, and this did the trick! 😍
