Amazing stinky tofu and deserving of its Michelin bib! There’s 1 line for eating in and another line for takeaway.

Listen. I’ve eaten stinky tofu from all around Taiwan and also in various different countries, but this has got to be one of the best stinky tofus I’ve ever eaten. Perfectly crispy, with a soft, absorbent inside that just soaks up the sauce. A bit simple, but absolutely delicious. I didn’t have much of an appetite but I polished off the whole plate by myself. NT 75.
