Fast if not too crowded. Food quality is consistent. 鮮奶茶 is qualified by my wife.

Tasty breakfast spot for local taiwanese dishes. The soy milk was smooth, rich and warm, just balanced enough for a chilly day. The egg crepe was also yummy. Recommend the floss with egg wrap.

Best traditional Taiwanese breakfast in this neighbourhood. At first glance it may appears as a trying-to-blend-in fusion spot but once you try the carrot cake and quiche you will not go elsewhere. Long lines between 8 to 9am. Air conditioned.
