Very authentic Yokohama style Raman, I had the award winning one, a slice of cheese with roasted garlic floats on an excellent soup base that adds an exotic touch, Raman speaking, maybe tribute to Yokohama's early exposure to western world. It looks thick but absolutely no greasy after taste. Highly recommended.

The soup is rich in flavor and the noodles are delicious. You can add unlimited noodles regardless of thickness. In addition, the barbecued pork they add is very chewy and delicious! Pocket list
