Delicate, well-balanced, and delicious. The portion of ramen is pretty small, though. Might wanna order extra noodles.

The ramen was yummy and the service was also very attentive only it took quite a lot of time queuing up, hopefully after the grand open heat is over it wouldn’t take more than 1 hr to wait.
