I passed by and found this new store in Eslite Xinyi Food Street. After checking, I found that the original store is in Luzhou, and the proprietress is from Hubei. I ordered the signature "Chongqing Beef Hot and Sour Noodles". The beef was quite large, thick but not hard. The pickled beans are the highlight, and the jelly noodles, which are as thick as rice noodles, are chewy and chewy. Comes with half a sugar-filled egg. I don’t often eat hot and sour noodles, so this time I chose the slightly spicy version, which may have been adjusted somewhat according to Taiwanese tastes. It didn’t have any weird taste as expected, and the whole bowl was quite enjoyable. In addition, I ordered spicy and sour preserved egg tofu, but it was not spicy enough and was slightly salty. (Return visit in 2023.04) This time I ate spicy fried noodles with sour beans, which highlighted the spicy and sour taste. The heavy flavor was slightly salty, so choosing a mild spicy flavor was enough.

Came here for two consecutive days. The first day was to eat sour beans and minced meat powder. I really liked it. The fried bean paste noodles are delicious, and the braised beef noodles are even better. The spicy and sour preserved egg tofu looks very spicy on the outside. It is very cold in the mouth and the sour and spicy taste is not obvious. It is not my favorite taste and I will not order it next time. I will order it again in the future. I want to eat something else when I visit

The taste is very good. I prefer dry noodles to hot and sour noodles. Reminds me of my old days as an expat in China
