Zhonghe District, New Taipei City｜威仔水餃

The freshest dumplings I've tasted in Taipei so far. The wrapping doesn't get harden when cool. The menu is very simple, just 2 kind of filling - minced meat with cabbage or chive, both are very juicy. I always have the combination but I find the chive is tastier. The meatballs soup is very refreshing too. Oh, and they close around 9:30PM not 10PM as indicated.
