Banqiao District, New Taipei City｜大腸麵線(豆花、紅茶)

The large intestine is not the usual stewed large intestine, but the kind of white large intestine used for fried large intestine with chewy ginger. It has a full taste and the noodle tastes good.

Although it is a street vendor with a push cart, the large intestine noodles are really delicious. It is an old store of more than 20 years. Time goes by, but the taste is still preserved.
