Noodle thickness, softness, and soup saltiness can all be customized. The soup is rich and not too salty. I ordered the spicy tonkotsu ramen. The combination of spiciness and soup is delicious! There is only one thickness of tsukemen but very Q! Recommended!! There are only 12 seats in the store (eight at the bar, two groups of two), and it feels like a small Japanese shop~

The meal was delicious! The boss lady is very warm! I usually have a lighter taste I ordered wild vegetable ramen, thin noodles, soft noodles, light soup, and some barbecued pork. The wild vegetable soup is actually quite rich and very appetizing. Two slices of extra barbecued pork cost 50$. It looks like growth rings with one fat ring and one thin ring. It melts in your mouth and is delicious. The Tangxindan is not too sweet but not too salty and melts my heart in my mouth. Softer noodles are actually not too soft The only drawback is that the food in the small shop smells a bit strong. But it’s still a heart-warming delicacy in the cold winter!

Amazing ramen with the sweetest couple who run the shop!!! This used to be my regular dinner spot and I never got sick of it. Their cold tofu with sesame dressing is amazing and also their cold udon dish with thick broth is super tasty and unique. If you talk to the lady she can speak a little bit of English and she is very friendly and helpful when she can. This is the best ramen I’ve tried in Taipei.
