This is my first time eating dry gnocchi. There are two options: kimchi and shiitake mushrooms. My bowl is kimchi-flavored, but not spicy. It has a bit more sourness. The gnocchi is very chewy and very amazing. The whole bowl is quite heavily seasoned, with crispy onions, soy sauce and kimchi. If it tastes light, you can ask the boss to use a lighter touch. The small intestine pig blood soup is relatively refreshing and goes well together. There is a lot of pig blood and the taste is tender and juicy, but I personally like the version with a strong sand tea flavor.
