2023.01.05 I lived on Guangfu Road before the first grade of elementary school, and my mother often brought me to this noodle shop in my impression. In my memory, it was an aunt with tied hair who cooked noodles for me. When the weather was hot, the loudest thing in the store was the buzzing sound of the electric fan on the wall. Mom would eat while wiping her sweat with a handkerchief. The menu is actually different. Ordinary, chicken rice, stewed pork rice, dried pasta with bean sprouts topped with minced meat, side dishes cut into a plate of vermicelli sausage or marinated eggs with dried tofu, and the most memorable thing is chicken wings. At that time, I sat on a chair and stool, my feet couldn't reach the floor, and I couldn't finish a whole bowl of noodles. Thirty years later, today is also the last day the snack bar is open. Seeing my aunt's pale hair, bending down seemed to be struggling, and my uncle's hands shaking when he brought the bowl to the guests. And the customers in the whole store came to express their thanks, thank you auntie for accompanying Zhonghe people with her youth for decades. Thank you for the store in my memory until 2023, and thank you for giving me another chance to relive my miss.
