This is the second time we have been here. Last time the eggs Benedict was sold out so we decided to try again and come a little earlier as it's my favourite breakfast. We ordered one with ham and one with salmon. To sum it up in one word - WOW! It is that good! I have had many acceptable eggs Benedicts over the years and a lot of bad ones too unfortunately. I have had very few exceptional ones and Chill Chill probably make the best eggs Benedict that I have eaten in Taiwan.
