Zhonghe District, New Taipei City｜自立麵食館

The noodles are plain and delicious. My personal favorite is the beef noodles. The meat is soft and tender without any fishy smell, and the soup is rich. The handmade dumplings made by the proprietress are delicious! The food is big and plump, and the side dishes are also good. I will go there regularly, and it is worth visiting again^^
