Shilin District, Taipei City｜山形心心拉麵

This quaint Japanese noodle shop is on a smaller street within the Shilin night market. It's a simple no frills resto that has seats for around 10-12 people. We would not have found it had we not made a wrong turn and ended up going towards North Road. The owners and chefs are Japanese and the taste of their rich broth or soup was within our expectations of what a Japanese bowl of noodles should taste like. A bowl of hand-pulled noodles starts at NT$170 to around NT$260.

spicy one's broth is richer than the original flavor. it isn't so hot anyways so i would totally suggest the spicy. noodle is so good, i guess self-made. boss seems to be Japanese so everything felt like an authentic ramen from Japan.
