The braised pork rice tastes very good, and the small bowl is quite filling. The milkfish maw clear soup, $110, seems a bit shabby, but the clear soup has the umami flavor of clams and is very comfortable. The fish maw is plump and completely boneless, which is great. You can get some for heavy flavors. The wasabi and soy sauce enhance the flavor and you can dip it in with rice haha; the garlic eggplant is also a favorite, don’t miss it, it is blanched but not overly oily, and the oil is sweet but not salty, I like it! I will definitely visit again if I have a chance in the future. I am very curious about the gentian grouper and the fried food part🤤
