The best food I’ve had while visiting Taipei. The ingredients, flavor, quality, and services are beyond amazing. The main course and side dishes are freshly made and perfectly flavored. Each time I tried new dishes I was blown away by how delicious they are. If you are craving for a healthy and flavorful meal, this is the place!

I've been coming to this noodle shop for years since they opened, their ingredients are high quality and the flavors of their soup bases are rich, authentic, and homey (highly recommend: 軟骨蔬菜麵疙瘩)

This little stall is a well hidden gem. If you go to Mia chon to shop your groceries, remember to drop by here for a quick meal (lunch or dinner). They serve noodle soup with different type of noodles. Our favorite combination will be the Chinese gnocchi style with tomato based soup. They have soft pork rib lotus root soup and chicken tumeric soup which was rather interesting in taste. The lady boss even let us try some freshly made mini chicken dumplings which she will feature soon in her menu. This will be our next go to shop for anything soupy.
