Both Ramen and Chicken Karaage are delicious, the Hot Pepper Ramen very spicy 🔥👍

Very long wait despite pretty normal crowd. Seats were not full, but my ramen was served in 17 minutes. The chasiu was actually thick cut of pork ribeye, tender and flavorful with a hint of sweetness. The black garlic soup packs a punch of flavors. While the thin noodles can be made firm/medium/soft, in fact the firm one was probably more like a medium, not as firm as I'd expexted. It might not be authentic Japanese ramen but their interpretation was quite enjoyable.
