This is the place to take someone who's on the fence about trying their first hot pot. The place is as clean as I've ever seen a buffet-style Hot pot restaurant. All the ingredients are kept refrigerated and the meat is some of the highest-quality I've tried at this price point. Highly recommend the sweet-and-sour Thai soup base paired with fish. The sesame soft serve ice cream is a great way to finish off this simple but satisfying meal. Fairly busy on weekday evenings so call ahead.
