A local delicacy hidden near the Beitou MRT. This store is located in a parking lot. If you ride a bicycle, you can ride directly into the awning and won't get caught in the rain at all. After entering the store, the owner will greet you with a friendly greeting Greetings in a loud voice. The braised pork rice is rich in flavor but not overly salty, and smells unique. It is absolutely different from the ordinary braised pork rice. The dried meat does not taste greasy or burdensome. Paired with high-fiber wontons, the wonton skins are thin and the fillings are full. There are six plump wontons in a bowl of wonton soup. The soup is very light and you won't feel like there is too much seasoning after drinking the soup. You will always want to drink water. It feels quite filling when paired together, and you can also choose wonton (soup, dry) noodles. In addition, the boss recommends sweet potato leaves and braised bean curds from Yangmingshan. The sweet potato leaves are fresh and tender, and the bean curd skin absorbs the rich marinade. It is definitely a perfect side dish to accompany a meal. There is also the sesame oil chicken recommended by the boss. I will share it next time I have a chance to eat it. Although it is a cheap snack, the taste is special.
