This is a store that has been on my dinner party list for a while. I didn’t expect that I would get the news that it was about to close before I could share it with anyone. 😭 The tender stewed pig is so tender that you can barely feel the fiber in your mouth. The seasoning may seem heavy, but maybe it’s because of the yogurt, so it’s actually just right to eat with handmade bread! Hummus has a taste that I have never tasted before. It contains green beans, garlic and is a little spicy. I personally think it is very suitable to be put on Mexican tacos~ The roasted vegetables are very delicious. They are my favorite part. There are at least ten different types of fresh vegetables. After roasting, the original sweetness is forced out. You can try adding some homemade herb spicy oil! After finishing the meal, I couldn't help but add some baked bruschetta. Should I say it's cute? The caramel on top is very thick and tender. I want to add more chocolate but I really can’t eat it anymore😓 It’s a bit melancholy that I’ve delayed tasting such a special dish until now, but I’m still looking forward to seeing you again👍
