Straight up the best kimbap I've ever had EVER in any country from any shop. Woww. The flavors and ingredients are balanced to be less sweet with more filling, less rice, and a perfectly toasted sesame finish. Lovely little shop run by a cute couple too. Loved their japchae as well - great flavors!

Best kimbap I’ve ever had! Love that there’s a lot of veggies and not rice heavy. Tastes delicious! I tried many flavors and they are all good! You gotta go at the right time or there’s a long queue, especially during rush hour.

Very tasty gimbap and polite owners. Recommend to try when in the vicinity of Shilin Night Market (士林夜市）.
