Hidden in the alleys of Jiantan is Ruyi Tang’s home-cooked dishes. Because the dishes are so special, I would look at them more curiously when passing by the store in the past two days. It started to rain again in Taipei at night, so I decided to go check it out. It’s rare to find pepper pork belly and chicken soup for one person. From the milky white color of the soup and the full amount of soup ingredients, you can feel the owner's attentiveness, which is even more touching. It's just that the spiciness of the spicy and sour potato shredded pork buns is beyond what I can bear. The tongue that had just been tortured by Sichuan peppercorns touched the pepper in the soup again. I couldn't help but shed tears after taking a few mouthfuls of the soup XDD
