This is as local as it gets. Taiwanese style salted chicken. Everything from here is fresh. There is just something about how the guy removes those chicken bones. He’s very experienced and fast. It is just fascinating to watch. I would suggest to ask for light salt and pepper and it does get pretty salty. Definitely one of the best in the Donghu area. There is always a line so expect to wait. Apparently you can call in ahead of time to order too.
