Qingshui District, Taichung City｜老士官擀麵

This is a fantastic old-style shop with excellent food and a friendly, English-speaking boss. As the name says, this is an old military hang-out, serving delicious food from the Chinese homeland. The noodles are QQ (chewy), the soup and dumplings fragrant and fabulous, and the pork liver fresh and yummy. A taste of northern China right here in Qingshui, a short drive from Taichung City.

It’s worthy of the light of clear water. It’s delicious.
