It is a worthy noodle shop to go but a little bit salty. Broth is original and tasty. The diced meats are soft and tender. Noodles cook just right, hardness and soft are balanced. Side dishes are delicious. The tofu cooks very well. It looks like a sponge. It is perfect. However. The chili source isn't a good one. It is a commercial chili sauce instead of homemade. A creaking gate hangs long. I would like to try it again.

Hidden Gem! The first time I came here, I ordered take away beef noodles and it was delectable. Second I came, beef noodles were all sold out so I tried the duck. Best duck noodle I’ve ever had!
