West District, Taichung City｜水源地玉里麵

This is a wonderful little shop, with beautiful cuts of meats, excellent noodles, great soups, and fresh vegetables. They are busy but consistent, and the price is right. This is now one of my favorite breakfast places in Taichung. I absolutely love their pig heart, thinly sliced, and the dry noodles with lots of shallots make for a delicious meal!

Inside the dried jade, it is covered with oil onion, which is full of fragrance. Add some chili and garlic from the store, it is very delicious. Inside the jade of the soup, the soup is naturally sweet, and the noodles taste another flavor. The side dishes are a lot of yuan. This is the meat on the mouth. The Q is strong, and it is eaten with shredded ginger, which makes my heart feel more happy.

It’s delicious, but I feel like the dry jade should be just right inside. Although the pork rice is fat, it doesn’t feel greasy in the mouth.
