This is a fun place for hearty beef rib stew meat and a bowl of chewy delicious noodles. The wide and thin noodles are very QQ and fabulous, the stew meat is wholesome and flavorful, falling nicely off the bone, and the Beef Noodle Soup is delighfully fragrant with plenty of slices of beef with tendons. This is a different yet wonderful take on a Taiwanese specialty and definitely worth a visit. The service is friendly and efficient, and they can provide our foreign friends with an English menu. ;-)
