A wonderful choice at NT25 is this Mian Xian (Wheat Vermicelli or Noodles) shop. Generous chunks of tender pork, scrambled egg, cilantro, and thin noodles are served in a corn starchy broth that tastes fabulous. The service is friendly yet efficient, the hot sauce condiment provides the succulent kick I so much search for, and it's an overall fantastic Taiwanese experience for less than a buck!
