The food stall is quite busy. I arrived just past 7 pm and people were coming in and out. After I sat down to a near empty restaurant it quickly filled up. I order dry wonton, vegetables, noodle soup and dried sesame flavored noodles. Each dish taste amazing!! Just so flavorful and texture is soft. HIGHLY RECOMENDED!! Cost was 180 NT or about $6 USD.
