I've tried several items and found the quality of everything is excellent! They make their own sauces as well, which are delicious. I recommend trying the sesame & pork dry noodles, meatball (gong wan) soup, pig heart and intestine, "bai yeh" tofu, "oily" bamboo, and other vegetables!
