Awesome traditional noodle. Been around for more than 60 years. They used wood fire stove to cook the noodle. The noodle is specially custom made for themselves by noodle factory nearby, don't think you can find anything like that on the market easily. We have been eating there for more than four generation. The traditional market was renovated recently, during that time it was temporarily moved to the store front on the east side of the market for sometime. But it has moved back to the original location. Highly recommended. But it only sells breakfast and lunch. Be there earlier is recommended. Apart from the awesome dry noodle. The hand made fish ball and wonton soup is very nice, too.
