Found the place by chance after visiting the Confucius temple nearby. The owner manager didn't speak much English but went out of his way to help with the menu only in Chinese. Very nice. The food was quite good. Maybe 4.5 for our taste. Not many vegetarian choices though. Simple small decor and ambience.

Low-key Taiwanese eatery with a great selection of local dishes which you can assemble into a meal. Its main dish is noodles in different flavours and forms. Comes with a retro Mandopop soundtrack.

Food was amazing, we recommend the spicy tofu and the fried pork! Dumplings were nice too. Staff is very helpful and speaks English quite well
