Wanhua District, Taipei City｜Wuzhou Street Famous Oyster

One of a kind dish. The owner knows what she's doing. I always order the rice that topped with oysters. Rice: Perfectly cooked. Oyster: flour coated oyster and the half raw doneness gives you a jelly-ish chewy experience. Fried Shallot combine together with soy sauce and lard. Aroma + crispy + fatty + salty.. and topped up with pickled veggie with olive. Even visit there more than 10times, I cannot get enough with this. Oysters always fresh, some season might look smaller but in general I think it's really reasonable price. If any friends come to visit Wanhua district, I always recommend this shop. MUST VISIT. The location migh be too scary for some. But I can say the food here is safe and fresh. Normally I got diarrhea easily from oyster. But I never had one from this shop, even in the summer time. The owner might look moody, it's just her character, but she's very kind.
