Yang Kee dumplings, on the seventh day in Taiwan, I ate from Kaohsiung to Chiayi. Most other shops also add MSG (monosodium glutamate). Only tonight I stumbled across this small shop. Dumplings without MSG are hard to come by in Hong Kong. Soup is also recommended, without MSG, and the price is very affordable. And the boss is also very humane, knowing that he is from Hong Kong, he even specially sent a surprise. If you are free to go to Chiayi, you must come here if you like handmade dumplings and the taste of the old store.

Stewed chicken soup, the soup is rich and not greasy. The boss is very friendly.
