I ordered the very mild spicy noodles. Am always a spicy food lover however after reading the reviews, better not to challenge my stomach on my first night in ChiaYi. The least thing you want during traveling is an upset stomach. The noodles very chewy and I love it! The dumpling soup was served hot and had 4 pieces of dumplings in it. Ordered a plate of vegetables as well. Overall a very pleasant experience!

This place is legendary. I always get the super hot dumplings but they can take it down a few notches if you need less spicy. A lovely family runs this place. Check it out!
