Zhongzheng District, Taipei City｜Marugame Udon

They have an open kitchen so you can see how they make their noodles. I had their cold udon noodles with the sides I picked: deep friend egg plant and karaage, the portion isn't too big but it can fill you up with the sides. I really love their freshly made udon, so delicious! It would be great if they can accept card payment. I don't understand the reason why they don't accept card payment when your shop is inside the department store.

The seats in the underground street are close to convenient for dining, and the fried food is delicious
